It’s Good To Be Home

The trip home from FL was slower and lazier than going. We made a few stops along the way. One – to have one last seafood feast in Apaplachicola of raw oysters, Oysters Rockerfeller, fried oysters, Oyster Stew, and then a few fried shrimp and scallops for good measure. The birds on the pier and the rising moon was our view from the bayside restaurant. And then, Two – to buy Tupelo Honey from this man’s roadside stand. We buy it each year that we pass him.

The cats were glad to see us and smothered us with snuggles and purrs.
